We will bake our Lasagne from scratch, making together:
  - Fresh egg pasta
  - Tuscan ragù using both minced beef meat and minced pork meat
  - Béchamel sauce

- "Torta co’ bischeri" (Pisan chocolate and rice tart with currant, pine nuts and candied fruit)
- "Zuccotto Buontalenti" (Ricotta cheese semifreddo, flavoured with Alchermes liqueur. Alchermes is a bright crimson liqueur with a lovely floral aroma, a real Renaissance spirit, the Tuscan elixir for long life, a favourite liqueur of the Medici family)
